Please read these terms and conditions for the supply products through the Napcam website “www.napcam.net”, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Napcam.  The person navigating, using and placing any order on the website will be called “you”. By placing any order with us,  you are accepting these Terms and Conditions stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”), these Terms & conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation any kind of user.

We encourage you, reading these Terms & Conditions before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Our online platform store was built under  Wix which is a cloud-based website builder that includes web hosting and design services allowing us to offer and sell products to you.

GENERAL

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Only people with the age of majority in your state are entitled to enter into a legally binding contract.

All people who access our website through your Internet connection have to be aware about these terms & conditions and comply with them.

WEBSITE CHANGES

Our website is changing frequently, because new products will be added also  to provide a better service, we will be updating our site regularly, and may change the content at any time, including and not limited to product information and pricing without notice. We strive to keep all information and inventory up to date but few times it  may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

CONTRACT

When the full payment is taken from your payment method, you will receive an email letting you know that we received your order and has been accepted. It will include order number, billing information, shipping information, order summary including price. 

Napcam reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or content or if order doesn't meet the shipping policy. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN

You would be able to cancel your order within the 3 working days after order has been placed and fully paid, any external fees, like payments feed won’t be refund. When the merchandise has been shipped will be considered the acceptance of this order for you.

When you receive the product, If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone (470-365-1863) or by email napcamllc@gmail.com within 3 days after you receive the product, we will be happy to help you and evaluate  your situation.

Before returning anything to us, please call us (470-365-1863) or email us at napcamllc@gmail.com using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number name and address to obtain return instructions. Any cancellation email received after the 3rd day stated above will be at the discretion of Napcam.

You will be responsible to handle the return shipping process and costs to our physical address. Also, we can assist you with your return in person at none additional costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After our inspection an exchange will be issued for the purchase price of the items returned. If there is any issue or observation during the inspection you will be contact and some fees may be applied.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

We encourage you, please open the package in the presence of the courier delivery representative upon receiving your order to verify that the product is contained and the box is untampered with and undamaged.

You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. 

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 3 working days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, our email napcamllc@gmail.com, with subject “Defective and Damage Item”. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If the order has to be cancelled for us for any of the reason mentioned on the "CONTRACT" item above, any incurred fee will be charged to the customer.

Some pieces are made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns when products are on sale.

When a refund has been accepted, we will process your refund within 72 hours of receipt. Depending on your payment method conditions, refund may take longer.

Remember, before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact us by phone or email as soon as possible in order to know the reason and assist you to resolve this.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right by our discretion to update, modify or replace any part of the Terms & Conditions by posting them on our website. Please check periodically our website Term & Conditions section for updates, it is your responsibility to do that. Navigating, using or placing any order in our website after these Terms & Conditions have been updated constitutes acceptance of those changes.
